1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text records stored or read by a website through your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, device identifiers, pixels, and request headers. They can remember a signed-in session, protect a request, retain a choice, measure usage, or support advertising.
Some technologies are strictly necessary to deliver a service you request and may not require consent. Optional analytics or advertising technologies generally require prior consent in jurisdictions that apply those rules. The European Union’s official cookie guidance explains that distinction.

Exact cookie names and lifetimes can vary as Clerk and Cloudflare rotate security mechanisms. Session technologies may last only for a browser session or persist to keep you signed in according to the authentication setting you select.
3. Third-party checkout and external sites
When you choose a paid plan, Zily sends you to Whop. Cookies used on whop.com are controlled by Whop under its Privacy Policy, not this Cookie Policy. Property-source links likewise open independent sites with their own technologies and choices.
Zily does not allow a third-party property portal to set cookies merely because an attributed link appears in the product. A third party can set or read its cookies only after your browser visits or loads that third party’s resource.
4. Your choices
- You can inspect, block, or delete cookies through browser settings.
- Blocking essential Clerk or security technologies may prevent sign-in, checkout return verification, or protected API actions.
- You can use public Zily pages without signing in, subject to security technologies needed to serve them.
- If optional cookies are introduced, any consent interface will allow refusal and withdrawal as required by applicable law.
