Recent Dubai listing price reductions
This table stays empty unless the selected immutable publication can prove both the prior and current asking price for the same source listing

Price-drop rows remain empty until a verified publication and immutable prior-price lineage exist
Evidence limits
What a price change proves
A verified row proves that the current asking price is lower than a preserved prior asking price for the same source identity. It does not establish why the price changed or what another buyer would pay
The size of the change can be calculated and ranked, but it is not a valuation or a quality score. Check the exact unit, title, condition, service charge, rent evidence, and current DLD comparison separately
Drops to BMV
From price drop to below market value
A listing priced above a DLD benchmark can cut its asking price and still remain above that benchmark. A verified price change and a below-benchmark qualification are separate facts, and neither proves why the seller changed the price
If the same listing also falls below a supported DLD benchmark, the publication may record both facts. That still proves only the asking-price change and the benchmark comparison, not urgency, seller circumstances, or achievable resale value
Questions investors ask
Dubai price drops FAQ
What is a price drop in Dubai real estate+
A price drop is when a seller lowers a listing's asking price. To report one, Zily needs a prior and current price tied to the same source identity and preserved with immutable evidence. The drop percentage is the size of that verified change
Is a price drop the same as a below market value deal+
No. A price drop compares the same source listing's current asking price with its preserved prior asking price. A below-market result compares the current asking price with a pinned DLD benchmark. Each fact requires its own evidence and neither implies the other
What does a verified price drop prove+
It proves only that the asking price tied to one source identity changed between two preserved observations. It does not prove seller motivation, demand, fair value, condition, or availability
How current is the price drop data+
Zily does not currently publish price-drop rows because the selected publication does not preserve immutable prior-price lineage. The page will remain explicit about that limit instead of deriving changes from mutable listing records
Can I get alerted when a price drops+
Price-change alerts require the same immutable history as this page and are not presented as available until that evidence exists. Existing deal alerts can still watch published deal criteria
